The wine making is carried out in Qvevri completely immersed in soil. The gentle maceration evolves for several months with the skins, seeds and stems of the grapes. The Qvevri winemaking procedure, follows a commitment to the continual principle path along ritual genuflection. It demonstrate’s our dedication to this historical wine making practice and shows faith to Bacchus- the God of Wine.

Genuflect- to lower ones body briefly by bending one knee to the ground, typically in worship or as a sign of respect. Real, fundamental, crude, raw, primordial winemaking that’s just so down to earth, from our land down under.
